The Perfect Serve offer a variety of different options for bartender and cocktailtender training. Whether you are an individual wanting to develop your bartending career or a venue who would like to improve your bar service The Perfect Serve has a course for you. All our Coarse is SABA (South African Bartenders Association) and IBA (International Bartenders Association) approved.

 IBC Level One Bartending Course, will give you the skills and confidence to step behind a bar and serve with style. Whether you are looking at working locally or abroad this is the course you need

Our Level One Course  is a part time course and run over 4 evenings from Monday to Thursday 4:30pm to 8pm with a practical and theory exam the following week.

IBC Level Two Cocktail tending Course, is for the professional bartender wanting to improve his skills and knowledge on spirits and mixology.  This is a intemate coarse where we take maximum  of 5 students per session, to give the students as much personal attention as possible and to give them a unique experience.

Level Two Cocktail course can be done part time or full time depending on the students, this coarse will run part time four evenings, with students taking home a intricate study guide which they have a week to prepare and write a exam which will test there skill on knowledge of spirits, brands and cocktail techniques.
